The British dominated the economical sports car market prior to 1990. That is the year Mazda unveiled the Miata and caused mayhem across the country at local dealerships where buyers were willing to give more than the asking-price to leave with their radio up and the breeze in their hair. Under the hood the Miata has a 167-hp, MZR 2.0L DOHC sixteen-valve four-cylinder engine with variable valve timing, halogen fog lights, a chrome grille, lightweight aluminum hood and trunk, body-color door handles, rear-mounted antenna, and dual exhaust with chrome tips.
The rims and tire bundles include either sixteen-inch alloy wheels or seventeen-inch aluminum wheels with P205/50R16 high-performance radial tires or P205/45R17 high-performance radial tires. Added extras include tire rupture repair kits that include tire sealant, injection hose, and valve core tool. Or you can purchase run-flat wheels for more added protection and ease of mind.
The Miata is available nicely equipped with auto-dimming rear-view mirror, HomeLink®, tilt steering wheel, driver and passenger visor vanity mirrors, retractable wind blocker, twelve-volt power outlet, covered front door net pockets with bottle holders, and a driver’s seatback storage pocket.
The interior seating features a 6-way adjustable driver’s seat, 4-way adjustable passenger seat, leather-trimmed seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a leather-wrapped parking brake.
Interior trim options include AM/FM/CD/MP3-compatible radio with 6 speakers, Bose® audio system with AudioPilot®, steering-wheel-mounted audio controls, Bluetooth® hands-free phone and audio capability, and SIRIUS satellite radio with free 6-month subscription.
